Ken Cathcart
Ken Carthcart worked for many years with Northern Ireland Electricity in a variety of roles including Customer Service Manager for Tyrone and Fermanagh. Since taking early retirement in 2003, he has worked as a self-employed trainer and mediator.
Ken conducted the public hearing for the West Local Government District.
Tom Doherty
Tom is a former adviser for staff training and school improvement with the Western Education and Library Board.
Tom conducted the public hearing for the North West Local Government District.
Kat Healy
Kat Healy is employed as Policy, Research and Evaluation Officer with the Community Foundation for Northern Ireland (formerly Northern Ireland Voluntary Trust). A graduate of Yale University, she is currently completing a PhD research project at the Institute of Governance, Public Policy and Social Research, Queen's University Belfast.

Roisin McGlone
Roisin McGlone is the Chief Executive Officer of Inter Action Belfast. Inter Action promotes inter-community dialogue and trust building, as well as community development within interface communities. Roisin has over twenty years' experience working within both the Public and Voluntary sectors.
Prior to taking up her current post she worked on interfaces in North Belfast and was a Community Relations Officer in Belfast City Council. Roisin was one of two Community Relations nominees on the now suspended Civic Forum.
She has two children and is currently studying for a M.Phil in Reconciliation Studies with the Irish School of Ecumenics Trinity College.

Alan Luke Moneypenny
Alan Moneypenny is Chief Executive of the Strabane Lifford Development Commission and was formerly a senior Local Government Official. He is a graduate of Queen's University Belfast and the Federal Executive Institute at the University of Virginia.
He is also a Trustee of the Odyssey Trust, a member of the Board of the Riverside Theatre, a Director of the Ulster Community Investment Trust and a member of the Advisory Panel to the Loughs Agency.
Alan conducted the public hearing for the East Local Government District.
Professor Patrick Murphy
Following a 30-year career in education, Professor Patrick Murphy now runs his own advice and consultancy service on both sides of the border, specialising in strategic planning, management systems and communications networks. He also works as a writer and academic researcher. He is a board member of several public and other bodies, North and South, in the fields of education, health, agriculture, heritage and justice and social affairs. He is native of Rostrevor, Co Down, where he still lives.
Patrick conducted the public hearing for the South Local Government District.
Dr Bill Smith
Dr Smith is a freelance adviser on issues of public policy, strategic planning and organisational development. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Governance in Queen's University, where he is currently completing a project on conflict resolution for the U.S. Institute of Peace. He chairs the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission's Audit and Risk Management Committee.
He was born in Belfast and has lived in Belfast and Newtownabbey.
